Whilst suitable for a small space where a wall mounted towel rail will not suffice, this item is not very high quality either. The only real chrome part on this rack is the base, but the end caps are plastic. Polished stainless steel towel rail, not chrome. The overall look isn't like full chrome faucets and wouldn't fit in a higher design bathtub. This seller of this product is not directly related to the product and requires the buyer to pay shipping costs on return (package costs 7 pounds). If Revain were to ship this the cost would probably be around $7-8 but even with USPS shipping back to seller will cost you around $23-24.
