Disappointment. The floor that touches the floor is covered in rust and I know there are rust stains on the bathroom floor so find out how to get rid of them. It is too short for large towels. I ordered another one with rubber pads in the legs. As a result of purchasing this item, I now read all 1 star reviews when I am looking to purchase an item and do not purchase items with less than a 75% rating in the 4 or 5 star category.

I have been using this hanger for four years. I am replacing it because it has started to rust and is leaving traces of rust on the tiles. I only hung two towels on it because, as I said before, there is no space to dry three bath towels. What I always did was put one towel on the highest shelf and the second towel on the middle shelf, but drape it over the shortest shelf so the towels were separated enough to dry. Arrived yesterday and we put it together in under 15 minutes (this is our second, the first took a few minutes longer). This is a great product for the price, holds two sets of folded towels, not much after they've been used and dried. It leaves a very small footprint but is stable enough that I don't have to worry about it tipping over. Both guest rooms have enough space to keep the guest bathroom from getting wet towels when the grandkids come over.

I really wanted to like this product but I was disappointed with its functionality. It looks good and doesn't take up much space, which is very convenient. However, if you want to hang bath towels on it, it's no good. It's not that high off the floor and not very wide so bath towels hang on the floor and don't dry completely. Whilst suitable for a small space where a wall mounted towel rail will not suffice, this item is not very high quality either. The only real chrome part on this rack is the base, but the end caps are plastic. Polished stainless steel towel rail, not chrome. The overall look isn't like full chrome faucets and wouldn't fit in a higher design bathtub. Towel rail came earlier than expected and was easy to assemble. If given the opportunity, I would make two changes to the design. I would raise the stance 4-6 inches. The towel rail is easy to assemble with the Allen key provided. Three screws must be used. Don't over tighten or you will chip the screws. Be sure to hold the rods vertical for proper alignment when inserting the screws. I read all the reviews on this product before I bought it and I bought it anyway.
