Very well made, strong and durable. The zippers slide easily and feel good in tough conditions. The shoulder strap is easy to remove and can withstand heavy loads. The case itself is very easy to open. The outer pocket compartment is more than adequate and holds several items. I plugged in my keyboard, monitor stand, cables, power strip/desktop charging station with a 5ft power cord and there was still room for other items. Professional look. The only reason I only give it 4 stars is because I have to remove the stand from my 22 inch Acer monitor because it doesn't fit in a bag with the stand. This can be a real pain! The time spent taking it off and putting it back on is annoying to say the least. The base issue is so big for me that I am considering returning this item. Update: After using this case a few times I find it so neat that I'm not thinking of returning it. I can even put my MacBook Pro in the side pocket along with the power cord! Definitely 5 stars! July 14, 2018 Oh and shit! I decide to return my wonderful, awesome Gator monitor tote bag. It was such a great item that I was reluctant to return it and then with much hesitation. I sent it back because for some reason I sent it back, when I put the Apple monitor, base, cables and external keyboard (it's a very light keyboard) in a large bag, the entire carrying case became too heavy for me to wear for the long distances I had to travel. I really loved this case! The construction was amazing and very heavy. You never have to worry about your monitor falling out or losing your shoulder strap etc. I highly recommend this monitor carrying case! and if i ever build muscle and this is still on sale i will buy it again!
