Note: 27" monitors fit 19-24" bodies. It is recommended to place the monitor face down in the bag (the front of the monitor touches the back of the case). Perfect width fit. Used as checked baggage on several flights - absolutely no problem. Great case, but WAY too deep for today's ultra-thin flat panels and TVs. I bought this bag to carry a 24 inch LCD Smart TV. I have a Raspberry Pi in a VESA case mounted on the back of a TV. I was afraid it wouldn't fit in this carrying case due to the VESA mount. It fits with no problem. Thick foam interior 'holds' the TV in place and prevents it from shifting/sliding. This case is very well made and worth every penny spent. well protected and (now) easy to carry. The outside pocket is handy for carrying the power cord and the two remote controls.
