1. I have a second car. First the descaling light came on and wouldn't go out no matter how many times I descaled. This happened two weeks after purchase2. While it's easy to use, which makes it attractive, it's terrible. There is a setting for both coffee and americano which is a waste of beans as you have to hand brew the americano due to the water to espresso3 ratio. I've read many times about people having a hard time getting the optimal zone temperature during a shot. Various solutions were provided, however I did not have this problem with the first machine. After replacing the first car I started having this problem. This is a BAD car.4. A system with two boilers for frothing milk can also be with one boiler. It takes some time for the steam to heat up and the milk frothing and steaming stops prematurely in the microfoam position.5. All testimonials here and people who received a FREE MACHINE. I ONLY UNDERSTAND THIS AFTER PURCHASING. Pity on AMAZON. Now I have to wear it again and bring it back. If you are looking for an espresso maker under $1,000, do not buy this product. If you're looking to buy over $1,000 worth of stocks, you don't have to worry at all. This is a summary of my experience.
