Review on Burning Glass Technologies by Chris Santos

We use burning glass for our recruitment process. The software is easy to navigate and allows us to quickly find candidates that fit our criteria. I have not found anything yet to dislike about this product. If you are looking for something simple then BGT will be perfect! It can take time getting used too but it works well once we get into it. Our recruiting team uses bgt daily during their work day so they don't really need any other tools or programs to complete their tasks successfully. They love how quick and effective the program is at finding relevant candidate profiles in their database. The platform is easy to use and gives me all that I need to know about my candidates including their skills, experience, education, etc. It also connects with LinkedIn so it's great for finding new candidates as well! There are some reports in this product which could have been better but overall its helpful. Great tool for recruiting and hiring purposes! This has helped us streamline our processes of recruitment and hiring from sourcing through onboarding employees.
