Is the HSTYAIG Online Store causing you frustration?

I have been a customer of the HSTYAIG online business for quite some time, but I am getting an increasing amount of irritated with the service that they provide. Their customer support is unresponsive, and the quality of their products has gone downhill in recent years. The hardware for the window treatments I bought was of a low quality, and the home decor items I bought did not appear as good as they did in the pictures. The prices are not nearly as reasonable as they are made out to be, and I have observed a discernible rise in their values over the course of time. Their customer support has been unresponsive to my concerns, which has made the situation even more difficult. My attempts to get in touch with them regarding my dissatisfaction with the products I purchased have been unsuccessful so far; both my emails and phone conversations have been ignored. Because the shipping is so slow and the packaging is so inadequate, some of the things I ordered arrived broken. In general, I am extremely let down by my interactions with the HSTYAIG online store, and based on my most recent encounters with the company, I would not recommend them to anyone else.
