I got several calls while cycling or jogging and the sound was so bad people said i'll call you later

I bought a headset to use while cycling and exercising. Unfortunately, it turned out to be unsuitable for those classes, and here's why. In general the headset is in good condition and comparable to other similar products. I'm working, but I haven't found an advantage of this headset over other products in the $20-$40 range. Big cons: The microphone's position is such that when you're cycling or running, the air whips straight into your head. Microphone This makes it impossible to talk while driving, even at relatively low speeds. I got several calls while cycling or jogging and the audio was so bad people said I'd call you later. Then I switched to a regular phone microphone and the sound quality was normal. This has never happened to my previous headsets, not even the cheaper ones. - For the above reason, you CANNOT use Siri or OK Google on the go. The noise is so strong that every time you ask something, you get a completely random list of words. There were no such problems before. The profile of the headset is large, and when cycling, the noise is very loud even at low speeds. I literally had to turn my head to the side to cope. It's a problem with any headset when you're riding a bike, but it's usually really a problem when you're going really fast. With this headset, the wind hitting the headset creates a lot of noise even at moderate speeds. The wire connecting the two parts is quite stiff and doesn't bend as shown in the picture, but somehow bends downwards. As a result, it puts quite a bit of pressure on the neck. Doesn't cause discomfort but rubs the collar when wearing shorts or a jacket. As a result, every movement of the head creates noise that is transmitted to the ears via the wire. It's like someone is constantly rubbing your earbuds. Very annoying. It only has three buttons. All my previous headsets had 7 buttons (2 volume, 2 back/forward, 1 play/stop/answer/hang up, 1 voice command and 1 power on/off. With only 3 buttons you can change the duration of the button press. Short to pause. Long to turn off etc. Very inconvenient Most of the time it was easier to just pull out the phone and press "next track" that way. The rest is ok. Buy new for use in the car or on the desk will do probably ok, not the best choice for everything that has to do with movement.

Pros
  • good so
Cons
