cones may seem like a good material, but if you don't staple or glue the reflective collars will fall off and get lost on the road to dirt with normal use and wear and tear. However, they are good value for money. I bought two packs. Addendum - these cones are very light and can pose a problem in the summer heat - HOWEVER above 115 degrees F - talk to customer service! I didn't like the fabric collars. I complained and they supplied a replacement with reflective stickers, not loose fabric! Great company that stands by their customers!
