Good relief and no hard metal like carpal tunnel gloves

I think I was expecting the gloves to have a lot more spandex to protect hands and fingers from pain and carpal tunnel. They didn't turn out to be too tight, but they squeeze my arms just enough to relieve symptoms overnight.
