I love it when it doesn't get stuck on the lowest settings.
At first it was AMAZING and the best hair straightener I've ever used until after the first two weeks it started locking on the lowest setting almost every time I plugged it in and i only liked the highest one. It's also a bit annoying that the cable gets tangled up easily. Although I might not care if it didn't take 15 plugs and plugs to get it from the lowest tier to the highest.
