First of all I would say that the dimensions given are wrong, as are the shrink factors. I tried setting it to 18 AWG and 20 AWG and it didn't shrink enough. The inside turned into a melted marshmallow before the outside shrank. In general, the parts are very stiff, almost like thin PVC. Also, it took an insane amount of heat to even shrink them. To do this, we actually had to hold them on fire, which naturally turned the white to black. The plastic case it comes in is a joke. You adapt all the parts to the Russian doll. All smaller tubes are inserted into larger ones. Not very convenient when trying to find the size I need.
