Whoever designed my bedroom sucks. A socket by the window; the other is between the closet that occupies half the wall and the door. In between there is enough space for my dresser. There aren't many things in this part of the room that I need to plug in and leave everything in a different outlet. Between tablets, phones, wireless accessories, clocks and anything else my friend and I need to charge, TV and DVD player, fan and light (again, there are no wired lights in this awful room and there is a plug-in overhead light). too many things that have to go. I've tried so many combos and cable management projects, but it's always been so bulky and unsightly. I think this could be my ideal solution! Advantages: β’ It is available in black! My previous extensions were white and stuck out like a sore thumb on the bottom shelf of a TV stand. Now it is very well hidden β’ The cable is VERY long. It's not a pro for me, but I imagine it will be for others. β’ The fork lies flat against the wall and is also angled. Instead of the usual plugging in the cable after about 6 hours, that's about 4 hours. My socket is upside down, so mine at 10 o'clock, but that's definitely more ideal for me. β’ It has 4 charging ports while most only have 2-3. My previous one had 2 so I had to fill most of the 5 sockets with USB charging pads for the rest of my devices. β’ All outlets are sideways, not in a vertical row. This was my second biggest complaint with other strips. My iPad's charging box rendered the connector next to it unusable. And my DVD player had to be plugged into the wall because it was too big. This applies to EVERYTHING! There is a good gap between exits 5 and 6 for larger rocks. Cons: β’ It's a bit big, so keep that in mind before you buy it. That's not a problem for me at all, but be sure to measure if you need more space. β’ Personally, the cable is too long for me. I only needed one cord no longer than 30cm but luckily it came with a really good cord wrap that continues to wrap around the extra cord! All in all I can't complain at all. I was able to accommodate everything I needed and still have 2 free exits.
