Review on VIA Smart Building Management System by Shigg Bigbee

The ability for my technicians (who do not necessarily have technical backgrounds)to be able make changes without having extensive training was very convenient! It allows them quick access when needed but also ensures they are using their knowledge of our systems if things go wrong - which is always helpful as we operate outages constantly throughout each year due to weather issues etc. I wish there were some better ways of viewing historic data so far back than just last month/year only; however, overall has been great tool within our team's use especially now during COVID time constraints where you can't leave techs alone at desks all day long waiting for help from others to get tasks done. Realizing how important every minute counts in these times helps us prioritize getting jobs completed quicker allowing other employees who may need assistance less often or even never to wait longer than necessary before being helped by another member of staff.
