I recently had the opportunity to test this and was very pleased with the ease with which I connected 2 USB-A, 1 USB-C and 1 USB -C could connect 1 HDMI simultaneously. All power came from the USB-C port on my laptop. I didn't have an ethernet cable to test this connection. I also couldn't test USB 3.0 for high speed for large files, but for small files that I mixed between two flash drives it worked great. The hub is fairly small, taking up no more space than my mouse in my laptop bag. .Very happy with the size, quality and convenience of this hub for casual use he will see.
