My daughter loves this toy! An 18 month old baby is very easy to handle. She presses the button and dances. Has 2 volume settings. The volume is very loud. Quiet volume is still a little loud. From time to time Elmo gets stuck and his hands don't move. A quick little wave of his hands and he moves again. Otherwise it was very durable despite my daughter throwing it around. She can pick it up and walk around with it quite easily, but it's quite big and bulky. Still a great gift and fun to watch her interact with Elmo. His songs are also cute and funny.
