This product has everything you would expect from a camera tester. I use it every day for work. I had to contact support and they not only responded in a timely manner but were able to resolve my issue.

Seems like a great idea but you can't load apps on it. I had to use it on Aarecont cameras with the Arecont app. Vain. Called tech support, spent an hour or more proving it. Finally issued a full refund. Now they email me all the time. What a garbage company and product.

Great product and versatile. CCTV and IP are easy to use and the screen offers excellent visibility. Have two of these. A device's touch screen is not working and cannot contact the company for repair or replacement. However, the Revain support company phone number seems to be disabled. It's good when it works, bad when you can't turn to anyone for help or repairs. Disappointed with the seller and Revain for not being able to help.

Tried to use Tester Play App and the screen froze, I turned it off. , turned it back on and now the display doesn't work anymore. I only had it 1 day, everything else worked fine except the tester play app. I'll take a chance with another one, update accordingly and return this one as we speak. I have deleted my previous review for this device. The problem I had was solved. I sent the seller recommendations on the issue they were trying to fix. The problem with the axis camera not showing up was that when you change the default username and password for the camera, Onvif doesn't recognize it because that information has been removed. Update 2020 Sometime after about 9-12 months the battery died in BOTH of my WDSCAM CCTV units. MFR made me write this review in 2019 to replace the screen that broke on this tester. He shipped the screen and was happy with both devices until the batteries died and it was turned into a paperweight. This is an amazing tool. However, I'm not sure if the display is 1920x1200, but I'm sure it's 1920x1080. aka, the screen resolution is not as advertised. Also, don't expect Blackmagic Design SDI cameras or an ATEM mixer output to work with it on its SDI input. UPDATE 5/25/2016: I gave this tester a second chance after the manufacturer contacted me to say they had redesigned the tester and fixed the bugs. They also added a website, tech support, and customer service departments to help those in need. I am pleasantly surprised at how much work has been done.
