I have deleted my previous review for this device. The problem I had was solved. I sent the seller recommendations on the issue they were trying to fix. The problem with the axis camera not showing up was that when you change the default username and password for the camera, Onvif doesn't recognize it because that information has been removed. You need to login to the camera via a web browser and in the camera settings find the onvif settings and create a new profile with the new camera username and password. After that, once you open Onvif on the tester, the camera will be detected and you can see the footage from the camera. This information was not included in the manual, so the company promised to rewrite the user manual to include this information and make the manual easier to understand. Can now definitely recommend the product. would definitely buy again. It's a pity, of course, that I didn't find out about this before I sent the device back.
