Disappointing results from this toner

I tried this toner hoping for some improvement in my skin's texture, but unfortunately it did not perform as promised. While the packaging was aesthetically pleasing, the product left my skin feeling dry and tight. The rosemary scent was overwhelming and not relaxing in any way. I appreciate the use of all-natural ingredients, but the overall beauty benefits were lacking.
