Our 2-3 year old loves these shoes because they don't slip when climbing in the playground, they breathe and his feet don't get hot, they don't pinch on his toes! Mom appreciated that there are no laces or velcro, they never fall off, but they're not easy to put on and my 2-3 year old can't do it himself (frustrating his desire for independence). There are small bumps on the sole that bother his toes when he is barefoot and he asks to wear socks to be more comfortable. Extremely flexible and lightweight, easy to clean, withstands heavy outdoor play well.
