New sticks and chalk are too hard.
I chose purple on purpose to distinguish it from stick chalk etc. I bought two new chopsticks and am trying to do the tips well, but this chalk is too hard to chalk the tips properly. I'm doing something wrong but I've never had a problem with other colored pencils I've used.
