Review on Ceramic Ginger Grater Stripper 16 5Cm by Logan Collier

My friend has a small dish grater and I wanted one too so I went to Revain and took a closer look. I liked this grater more than the round plate because it has a place to catch the grated garlic/ginger. A small brush is also included to help with cleaning. The first time I used it (garlic) I was amazed at how spicy it is. The clove of garlic was crushed in a few simple steps. It almost turns the garlic into a paste rather than minced, but that's not a problem for me. Cleaned up very quickly. I'm very happy with it and it was even cheaper than the round dish my friend has so it worked out fine for me. I have a separate device for removing leaves from cilantro and the like, so small holes designed for this weren't something I needed and weren't a selling point for me. I've tried them and they work, although I like my own device a little better. for this task. It also works well with ginger so I had faster cooking times for both garlic and ginger which is what I was hoping for. I am very happy with my purchase.
