Ceramic Ginger Grater Stripper 16 5Cm Review

This is a very clean and tidy spoon rest. I only hand washed it so I can't comment on dishwasher resistance. It's easy to clean, but requires a bristle brush (unless you want to rub the sponge). The grater is effective, not dangerous for wandering fingers. I haven't used the grass removal holes but they are the right size so I think they will work. I would recommend this to anyone who prefers a clutter free countertop but needs a spoon rest.

This is a beautiful ceramic item. I wanted a large spoon holder and didn't plan to spend more than $8; I saw it though and since it's minimal but large and triple like a herb stripper and garlic grater I figured why not. I've never had the last two and while I plan to use them infrequently, there's no harm in having them in the kitchen. I would most likely use a fresh ginger grater; I hope it survives. I'd like to grate fresh turmeric, but since it stains horribly, I'll stick with turmeric…

My friend has a small dish grater and I wanted one too so I went to Revain and took a closer look. I liked this grater more than the round plate because it has a place to catch the grated garlic/ginger. A small brush is also included to help with cleaning. The first time I used it (garlic) I was amazed at how spicy it is. The clove of garlic was crushed in a few simple steps.
