Kraysin is hard to find in vitamin stores, so I buy this product online. These large capsules contain 500 mg of chrysin (5,7-dihydroxyflavone) plus 100 mg of passion flower (passiflora incarnate) extract. My doctor recommends that I take at least 300mg of chrysin per day and I buy another brand of 300mg capsules, but Horbäach 500mg capsules are actually cheaper. To my knowledge, chrysin and passion flower extract are not the same - chrysin is also found in honey - although it is found in passion flower extract. Therefore, add 100 mg of passion flower to this product. This is not a supplement whose effects can be felt; I have to take it in combination with hormone therapy. The capsules are easy to take and the packaging is excellent. I recommend this product to anyone who needs it.
