I only bought it to try it out. I have used Marine Snow and could not find it online or in stock at the time of purchase. It was close in price and didn't see any really bad reviews so I said what the heck. Feeding sea snow to my corals has never attracted my fish to the feeder. On this thing, my lipstick follows the feed tube with its nose around the tank, the other fish follow. It doesn't need to be refrigerated, which is a plus. It's brown like sea snow (green), if you pour it into an aquarium it will color the water for a second or two. Second, you invest too much. I also have to turn off the skimmer for about an hour after adding this. I have a large skimmer and I'm going insane adding this stuff. Didn't react that much to Marin Snow. It also appears to be a high concentration - use caution when feeding this food - as with anything, too much can quickly lead to problems.
