Shipping was quick and units were well packaged. The devices were easy to install and pair. The two issues I had was that when they were close together (driver and passenger) they sounded like they were in a tin can at a very low volume. The further away you are, the better they sound. Battery life on a single device is not very long. I compare it to the Goldwing's wired system, which has very good sound and volume.
