Pros: I ordered this product on 08/15/13 and it arrived on 08/17/13 even though I chose the free Super Saver shipping. 2 inches in diameter. All parts are firmly welded or with powder-coated hexagonal screws. I assembled the unit in 30 minutes using the Allen key and screwdriver that came with it. You need a Phillips head with a large and a small bit. You will also likely need some help holding the monitor while screwing it to the VESA mount. Issues: The biggest issue for me was aligning the monitors, but I found using a spirit level to get the X and Y values correct for each screen and then maneuvering them together was crucial. By then I could have sworn the horizontal brackets were misaligned. To position two 24" Acer G246HL monitors over the screen of my 15.6" Sager NP8130 widescreen laptop, I had to slide a 2.5" block of wood between the clamp and the table. The power wiring for my monitors required threading the ends through a vertical tube.Babbling: You'll need a Phillips head with a large and small attachment.You'll also likely need a little help holding the monitor while screwing it to the VESA mount.Several reviews say it does isn't height adjustable but it might be more accurate to say it's not easily height adjustable you screw it firmly to the post at the correct height and leave it up you will probably need help.
