Edit: Update What a horrible, horrible experience I've had. a replacement that arrived a month after shipping problems - defective. The first had a huge pixel 'bun' like the others, the second had a 'white coating' after investigating what it could be, a white coating was present on the bottom TV in the center top and at the bottom of the screen making it impossible to watch dark shows (or shows in the dark) Desperation what have I done Revain's support has been consistently terrible - dozens of lost calls over a 3 month return and replacement period Me installed and tested both tvs before sending them back again with no support a third party (non revain) contacted me on several fr onten let down > wrong planning of delivery time, wrong planning of collection time ("surprise, it's already 6 am, we're there"). To add insult to injury, Revain emailed me today that I had not received the second block which was received shortly after the new block was delivered. Send me some well wishes as I once again fall into the nightmarish gauntlet of Revain support - a hellish experience that may or may not plague you with forwarding and dropped calls. Oh, and that TV is awful. Don't buy this. you have been warned After a "Lost in Transit" problem, the TV arrived. After switching on, the screen is too dark to view menu settings or change the brightness. Wish me luck when I enter the Samsung Support Gauntlet.
