This donut bun was just what we needed for 3 shows! The light shade is perfect for my blonde! We also liked a wide range of sizes as she wanted a large bun the first day and a smaller one the second day. I styled her (thin/fine) hair in a ponytail, pulled her hair through a donut, secured it with bobby pins on each side, parted her hair and wrapped it around the donut, secured with a ponytail holder, twisted and wrapped the ends of her hair around the base of the bun, then secured with a few more pins and hairspray. Invisible clips can be passed right through the donut to connect to hair and ponytail holders. This bun didn't move! She even slept in it and in the morning it was almost perfect. I definitely recommend it for your little ballerina! Or maybe even yourself. ;)
