The more I eliminate bad ingredients, the more I read ingredient lists for EVERYTHING. I just started using plant-based protein this year and found that the one I was using had harmful ingredients with long-term use and was gross. Thank you for checking this BUT I really feel that the chart they have for customers they didn't have to do as it lists other products so I have to give credit where necessary) I found this AMAZING protein. Food is flavor and this thing tastes better than ANY protein shake I've had in my life. Mind you, I'm a former college athlete and got my share. The biggest advantage is the natural ingredients. Haven't seen how it affects muscle recovery yet, which is important to me, so I'll be back with an update.
