Review on Flyboo by Howie Broyles

Flyboo's Quality and Support Are Horrible.

Unfortunately, I had the misfortune of making a purchase from Flyboo not too long ago, and I was not pleased with either the quality of the products or the service I received. The oil sprayer I bought from them didn't even last a week before it stopped working. I tried to contact their customer service department several times, but they never got back to me. It was annoying to pay for something that didn't work and then get no help from the company. In addition, the Flyboo cooking utensils I bought were of low quality and broke easily. The plastic used was thin and cracked after only a few usage, giving the product a cheap, disposable feel. And then, when I tried to return the defective items, I ran into far more problems. The website did not clearly describe the return procedure. It was an unanticipated cost to cover the cost of return shipping. In general, I did not have a good time with Flyboo. They sell low-quality goods and provide zero assistance to buyers. Avoiding this website was the best decision I could have made when shopping for my kitchen and dining needs.

Pros
  • items of the highest quality manufactured from sturdy materials
Cons
  • vague and confusing return process
