Be sure to take this on an empty stomach. I'm very sensitive to pre-workout supplements, but I take Amino Pump (by ON). Stimulants of any kind usually make me feel exhausted and have gastrointestinal upset, but that's not the case. However, I will say that I had similar results when taking agmatine alone. This product provides good pumps and energy when taken on an empty stomach, but even a small amount of food will drown out the effects. This is a problem because I have to eat all the time. It is good for its use but too delicate. I'll just use my own mix in the future.
