firstly i wish this company would sell more items i need as the customer service is fantastic. Due to a listing error, I received the wrong color. After I messaged the seller a nice representative replied with return instructions and my new helmet was on its way after I sent the tracking number for the first one. Now for the helmet. If you have very thick hair it will fit but is tight. It says 'one size' but the foam inside the helmet has 'S/M' engraved on it. If that doesn't bother you, then that's a good helmet. It's super light and the vents on the sides dissipate heat while you sweat. It also has those cool grommets to hold your headlamp without having to tape it to your helmet.
