This charger has arrived and appears to be well made. It caught fire and worked when plugged in - for a while. I didn't really need to use it, and just a month after installing it, it just died. No electricity, no light, no work. I've tried contacting the manufacturer for a replacement or refund, but Revain doesn't seem to allow any channel to communicate about the issue. I notice that there are several other reviews stating that the product simply stopped working after a few days or, as for me, right after the return period had expired. Update 8-5-21: Although I could not find a way to contact the seller, after seeing the review he contacted me and apologized for the apparent device defect. The first replacement sent was lost in transit from China but the seller fixed it and a new unit has just arrived. It's currently working very well and I'm glad I have it. I think it offers the most versatile and powerful multi-device charging options. As soon as the seller became aware of the issue, they supported their product and I thank them for their efforts in getting me a working unit. Update 08/18/21: After only 13 days, the new plug-in also just failed. No light and no power for devices. Only detected because my computer completely drained the battery while connected to the network. Simply no fee was received.
