Light and comfortable
I use them for work, they are light comfortable even after a long day.
They would not be ideal for cold weather, but for me they should be OK for hiking also.

- Adjustable laces allow for a snug, comfortable fit, resulting in reduced fatigue during extended use
Cons
- Could take longer to dry than expected
