Works as it should.
Used this machine to convert a regular 30 cup coffee maker into an ethanol distillation unit. Ethanol boils at 173F. This device operates at approximately this temperature. The replacement thermal switch worked at 211F. Temperature too high for my intended function. Modifying the coffee maker was much cheaper than buying a custom still unit.
