The best part about using this software was its ease in integrating with other tools such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics 365 for ERP implementation. It also helped us create an interactive dashboard which allowed our team members access it from anywhere without having any IT support required. I would recommend anyone who wants their organization digital transformation should use this tool because we were able to achieve most of what we wanted within days only after implementing it into our system. We are solving many issues related to customer engagement by creating more personalized experiences across channels.
