These headphones can only cause irritation. You can only listen to music and video that is not critical to delays while sitting still in the room without moving. all user reviews are filled with heartache from using this terrible product and wasting money. and Sony, in turn, only "regrets that you had to face such difficulties" and sends to authorized service centers to carry out diagnostics and repairs for their MONEY. while it is already obvious to everyone that this is Sony's cant, they do not want to admit their guilt.
