I got this for my son's phone after his charging port died and normal wireless charging stopped working properly. They've upgraded the wireless charging experience to what it was before. How? I have no idea but he did exactly what I needed. When it comes to magnetic abilities, it works great. My husband has a magnetic phone dock that stands almost vertically, my son's dock with these magnetic rings stays on well too. I personally don't do anything with wireless charging, but my husband and son love it and I'm almost tempted to switch just because of their experience with it. If I do, they will be first on my list to improve my experience.
