As others have pointed out, the lower part of the shoulder strap has a flawed design. These are 2 straight stitches that will not withstand the stress of the bag's contents. I knew that before ordering. I've checked the rest of the bag and everything else seems fine. Material and workmanship seem to be good; Except for the broken shoulder strap. If you're looking for a functional bag that's ready to go out of the box, this probably isn't for you. I almost guarantee the bottom of the shoulder strap will snap on you at some point. This is a great $10 bag if you reinforce the lower shoulder straps yourself.
