I'm a picky person and I love it. I have seen people complain that they are not square, roll up after washing and need to be ironed. I suspect people didn't follow the instructions. I washed them alone, without other clothes and napkins, in cold water on a gentle cycle. Then I dried them on a low heat for 30 minutes. I'll still iron them because I'm using them for a formal event, but other than that I don't think they're really needed for everyday use. The peach is not as peachy as I was hoping (a bit close to pink) but overall they are totally worth the price. They are square. I suspect some people didn't wash them on a delicate cycle (causing pilling) and dried them at a higher temperature and/or for too long (causing shrinkage, jagged edges, and large creases). My partner has both box and barrel polyester towels and I think they are as good if not better than those (which were probably more expensive). I also bought and returned the green version of these wipes. It was a dark olive color which I didn't want.
