Nice colors. Not bright at all.
Lights changed colors with the remote as advertised but colors other than white are much dimmer. I believe the 50w ratting is based on when all the LEDs are on to produce white light. Used these lights 12' from our house and red or blue were barely visible compared to the light coming from the streetlights. Sure they are bright if you look right into it, but so is a laser pointer but it won't light a room! Also, the unit seems oversized for the light it produces. Halogen lights are brighter and smaller. Halogens may not be energy efficient but I imagine most people purchase color spotlights for seasonal or special events so the energy usage is irrelevant.
