FAILED AFTER 7 MONTHS

Video output on both outputs failed after only 7 months of half day home use. Without warning, vertical bars appeared on both monitors, then both went black. Replacing the card solved the problem. Update #1: Customer service is very responsive and allowed to return the card for warranty evaluation. Despite the fact that one card failed, I bought another because I trust the products of this company. This card outputs very fast video and runs flawlessly on two large monitors with no installation problems.
