This is the only product that removes the smell of my cat's urine (he is scared and when stressed or upset he pees on carpets or furniture). The problem is hit or miss. Some bottles also work great for 1-2 uses (use exactly as directed). However, I've had bottles where using the entire bottle (yes I actually used a whole gallon just to see if it ever worked) didn't do anything. I use the flavored original because the price was significantly lower than the unscented one. It's a mild, slightly herbal scent that I find quite pleasant. I wish it was more reliable but this is the best I've found. There was another brand I tried once (can't remember what it was - I'll add it here if I can) but I can't even tell if it worked because of the "taste." "was so terrible that I had to open a window, close the room and finally wash the carpet in that area. That disgusting chemical smell is still in the air, the room is still locked and it's been months.
