My shoe size is usually 10-10.5 depending on the shoes, for this I chose 10.5. I use these shoes to walk 2 miles a day and work as a cleaner at Airbnb. When you first put them on, they seemed too tight, too narrow, and even the length in the big toe area seemed a bit short. I thought maybe they just need a little wear. It's been a few months of very regular use and I just can't take the discomfort anymore. They cause cramps in my legs, hurt my toes, and leave painful red skin on the backs of my feet where the laces are too tight. I also noticed that the heel part of the shoe is deformed. I tried putting them on once and I shrunk them and I haven't been able to get them back to their normal shape yet so it's just soft material with no real support at this point. It's my fault for not finding a pair to try on before ordering, but I can say I won't be buying shoes from this brand again.
