Finding a tulle skirt can sometimes be frustrating, but when I found this one I was thrilled. I stopped looking. It was the perfect wine color and lined. A bonus is a matching satin ribbon. * Atlas is slippery, he moves towards you. I tried to fasten but I was in a hurry and didn't do it very well, although next time* I bought this skirt for my live debut and it was perfect, not puffy like a normal skirt and it sagged and wobbled very nice. Lots of compliments. The smarter side of fun.
