It's stress; Buy a stick-on case or two packs because you're going to need them.
Simply snap the tape together and remove the two tabs. These streaks were impossible for me with visible blisters. After using two I decided to leave all three strips together because it works great and doesn't cause the stress that it was. It only worked because I have the right case; If you don't, invest in one as it's less of a hassle than taking that thing apart to tape it to the screen.
