Great for long conversations
This headset has made my job so much easier! I am a psychologist working in a clinic in a hospital. Because of COVID-19, I've been on the phone with patients, usually for 90 minutes. Sometimes I get a headache towards the end of the day from wearing them all day, but I guess that's to be expected. It's way better than using the speakerphone, or worse, holding the phone on your shoulder!
