I bought these to block blue and green light to hopefully help with insomnia. I had red goggles that came with a tool with a red laser sight. They were good at blocking blue/green light, but optically they were pretty bad, so they couldn't be worn for reading or computer work. I just managed to get this optically good enough that I can read with it. They are a little lighter than my others. Looking at the light spectrum chart, they block a little less green light than the others. But even with such a small difference, they block 99% of the green light according to such a test. The frame is the same as many other goggles I've used (and liked) with adjustable ear tips, rounded lenses etc. They would be a bit more comfortable with a soft nose tip but they would be fine for a couple of hours in a row. Update: One star deducted. There was a sticker on the lens. But it wasn't just a vinyl sticker that peels off easily like I usually find on sunglasses etc. There was glue on it and the glue stayed on the lens. I took it off after pasting and peeling off the tape about 20 times. I hope nobody uses an approach that will scratch the lenses.
