The top zipper broke in less than a month

I love this bag! This lasted 2 weeks before the main zip broke completely at the top rendering the bag unusable (how can you use it as a backpack when it's hanging wide open!). I'm so sad because I love the style, all the bags looked cute with any attire. just not sustainable. Wahhh
